Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Aura TEMPMAIL website or mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Mahadev Juniors Innovation PVT. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Aura TEMPMAIL provides temporary, disposable email addresses for short-term use. These addresses are intended for privacy protection, testing, quick sign-ups, and receiving verification emails.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud.

• Misuse the temporary mailbox for spamming, scamming, phishing, or malware distribution.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service or the app.

• Disrupt, attack, or overload our infrastructure or third-party APIs.

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools in a way that harms the Service.

We reserve the right to block or restrict users who violate these rules.

2. Temporary Email Nature

Aura TEMPMAIL generates disposable email addresses that:

• Are short-lived

• May expire automatically

• Are not stored permanently

• Are managed through third-party temporary email providers (such as mail.tm)

We are not responsible for:

• Lost messages

• Expired mailboxes

• Undelivered emails

• Third-party provider downtime

Temporary inboxes are not meant for long-term storage.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies heavily on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Temporary email API providers (e.g., mail.tm)

• Google Play Services

• AdMob

• Firebase / Google Analytics

• OneSignal

• AppLovin

• Unity Ads

• StartApp

• Facebook Audience Network

These providers have their own Terms and Conditions.
By using our Service, you also agree to comply with the terms of those third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Their data handling

• Their uptime

• Their policy changes

• Their actions or services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design elements, and text within Aura TEMPMAIL are owned by Mahadev Juniors Innovation PVT. LTD.

You may not:

• Copy or reuse the app or website design

• Republish our content without permission

• Create derivative versions of our software

Temporary email addresses created by the system do not grant you ownership of the domain or underlying email system.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation

• Perfect functionality

• Delivery of all emails

• Accuracy of third-party APIs

• Long-term storage of temporary emails

• No loss of data

You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahadev Juniors Innovation PVT. LTD. is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Missed or undelivered emails

• Device damage or issues

• Service interruptions

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Security issues caused by user behavior

• Problems related to third-party providers

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure

• Not using the app for harmful, illegal, or abusive activities

• Ensuring your internet connection is stable

• Understanding that temporary inbox data may be erased quickly

If your device is jailbroken or rooted, the app may not function properly. We are not responsible for such issues.

8. App Updates & Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the Service

• We detect suspicious or harmful activity

After termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends

• Any temporary inbox associated with your session may be deleted

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised terms.
